Activist lawyer Maduabuchi Idam has called on President Bola Tinubu to address the "rascality" of Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo. Idam blames Tinubu for Okpebholos threat against former presidential candidate Peter Obi stating that the governors actions are anti-democratic and show a lack of understanding of the constitution. Idam also criticizes Tinubu for endorsing such behavior in pursuit of his own political ambitions. He reminds the president that the constitution allows Obi to visit Edo State freely and permanently and suggests that Tinubus focus on his own political agenda may be causing him to overlook important issues.
