The protest organized by the Nigerian Union of Retired Police Officers is scheduled to take place in Abuja on July 21. According to the PCRC the timing of the protest is ill-advised and aims to undermine the progress made by the IGP and the administration of President Bola Tinubu. The PCRC believes that retired police officers should use appropriate channels to address their grievances instead of resorting to protests.

It is quite funny when we hear this kind of stories. Servicemen that have served for several decades are being treated like commoners and their benefit are withheld. What kind of government treat her people like that .

No they are not doing a thing because if they are there wouldn’t be such thing in the first place. I don’t know why the government of this part of the world always treat her people like this. This is very unfair to people that have given their lives to serving the country.
