Poverty: Youths Not Problem But Solution, Says Presidency (Leadership)
people who are ready to take their place in the world to contribute their own quota to the development of their nation.Dr Abiola Arogundade the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Technical Vocational and Entrepreneurship Education (SSAP-TVEE) believes that Nigerian youths are not the problem but rather the solution to the nations challenges especially poverty. He made this statement at the end of the Abuja phase of the National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy (NPRGS) a 10-day program aimed at reducing poverty through economic growth and social protection. Arogundade praised the participants for their hard work and determination stating that they have shown that with the right support Nigerian youths can excel and contribute to the development of their country. He also noted the participants transformation from being anxious and unsure to confident and purposeful individuals.
