    The president practically said that if he didn’t deliver 24hrs electricity to the people that he shouldn’t be voted for again if he seeks reelection but we all know that doesn’t happen in this part of the world.

    I’d practically score them low, I mean very low. The president haven’t delivered on any of his campaign promises and yet energy tariffs have doubled if not tripled in some areas.
