The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is gearing up for its 100th launch from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota which is scheduled to take place at the end of January. This is a significant milestone for Indias space program and highlights the countrys growing capabilities in space technology.

The Satish Dhawan Space Centre which was previously known as the Sriharikota High Altitude Range (SHAR) has been the launch site for many important missions including the Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan missions.
