JUST IN: Senate suspends Natasha for six months
FollowThe Nigerian Senate has suspended Senator Aliyu Abdullahi also known as Natasha for six months due to her alleged involvement in a physical altercation with a colleague. The suspension was announced by the Senate President Ahmed Lawan who stated that the decision was taken to maintain the integrity and sanctity of the Senate. The altercation reportedly occurred during a closed-door session of the Senate and Senator Abdullahi has denied any wrongdoing. The suspension will last until September 2021.
