"E don pass dem”: VDM’s lawyer blasts EFCC boss over Tompolo comment, wants Naira abuse law scrapped (Legit)
The lawyer representing the popular Nigerian reality TV star Vee has criticized the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for their recent comment on singer Naira Marleys alleged involvement in cybercrime. The lawyer stated that the EFCC should focus on more pressing issues instead of targeting celebrities and using them to gain publicity. He also mentioned that the law that criminalizes the use of the Nigerian currency in music videos has been scrapped and therefore Naira Marley should not be punished for it. The lawyer concluded by saying that it is time for the EFCC to move on from this matter and focus on more important matters.
