There is this wild obsession with power when it come to African politicians because how does it sound that a 92yr old president who has been in power for 42yrs still want to run again. There should be law to ban this greed for power.

I think the problem is everything you have mentioned from the greedy leaders themselves to the corrupt systems aiding this impunity and to the very people that keeps voting for them.
