The Owo Church Massacre which took place three years ago continues to haunt the community as justice remains elusive. The attack which occurred during a Sunday service left 22 people dead and many others injured. The community is still grieving the loss of their loved ones and struggling to come to terms with the brutal act of violence. Despite promises from the government and security agencies no one has been held accountable for the massacre. This has left the community feeling abandoned and frustrated with many calling for swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice and prevent such tragedies from happening again.
