This positive development is seen as a result of various economic policies implemented by the government leading to a decrease in inflation and an increase in foreign reserves. The nairas strengthening is also seen as a sign of the countrys resilience and ability to overcome economic challenges such as the recent recession and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. However Rewane warns that sustained efforts are needed to ensure the continued growth and stability of the Nigerian economy.
